Product Guarantee, Replacement, and Refund Policy 

ALL PACKAGES MUST BE OPENED IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT! 

FIRST 

We guarantee the delivery of your order. We honor every sale and as such we guarantee it’s fulfillment. 

If your order is lost, detained or seized, we will ship another package. 

SECOND 

If you are unable to be home when your pharmaceutical package arrives, a notice will be left by your postal person.  Please pick up your package at your local post office.   

THIRD 

If for any reason your product(s) arrive damaged through the shipping process. You must immediately notify us by email at info@hcgrx.com Please send us a photo of your broken or damaged item within 7 days of receiving your goods to qualify for reimbursement. Any package received that contains damaged or missing products, that has been in the customer’s possession for more than 30-days without notifying us will NOT  be replaced or refunded. 

FOURTH 

Our REFUND Policy 

You may return unopened products and packages ONLY promptly (within 7 BUSINESS days) of receipt, for a refund minus shipping.  

We cannot REFUND the returns of used or open products. And 

Because our Coaching Materials which include books, sample menus, food lists, exercise videos, weight tracking charts and instructions for success on Colin’s own Advanced HCG Protocol; this portion of your purchase is nonrefundable.  

Your coaching materials link is sent upon receipt of your payment in your welcome letter. This portion of your purchase is Non-Refundable. (Ret. $46.99)
