Shipping Policy

First It is highly recommended you create an account with hcgrx.com. It makes it easy to track your order via the website. We post your tracking numbers and all notes regarding your order in your account.  

Shipping costs are non-negotiable.

 All overseas products have an estimated delivery of 24 BUSINESS days, at least.  

 All kits, semfit (hcg brand), and supplies ship within 10 days of cleared payments via USPS priority mail. We do NOT have overnight shipping.  

Tracking will be sent via text message or email. For questions regarding your shipment, please email to info@hcgrx.com.  

Here is the exact flow of an order from us:

1. You complete your cart and submit your order.
2. Payment is received and receipted by us.
3. Your order will be changed from “on hold” to “processing” a text will be sent.
4. Order is sent to shipping.
5. Your package or packages are shipped via USPS priority mail.
6. Within 10 BUSINESS days, tracking will be sent and is available on our website.
