We currently offer several ways to check out.

Make sure your order # is on the check.  Be certain to mail your payment ASAP to avoid the cancellation of your order. Orders in the system are only kept a few days and then canceled for nonpayment. This includes Sale discounted orders. 

What happens once I submit my order? 

One of our contracted third-party vendors will review your submitted information and either approve or decline your request. 

If approved, your order will be forwarded to the shipping department for processing and a text will be sent stating your order has gone from “on hold” to “processing”  

You can check the status of your order within 72 hours of paying for your order by going onto the website and inputting your order number and email address. Or sending an email to info@hcgrx.com.
